I recently found a list of Torque Values on the CJ2A page for Willys that someone had put together based on different manuals and where noted from other sources. I only offer it for what the reader thinks it is worth but I have found it useful. I have checked the torque values that are listed in the Willys Service Manual SM 1002 R6 and those that appear on this list seem to be pretty much the same.
Excuse the 4 picture format but the only way I found to get them into a new topic was changing them to jpeg's and then putting them into the photo album
I hope some find it useful.

It appears to be very interesting but I would not rely on any of the engine torque specs since the 2nd and 3rd columns contain listing for jeep vehicles that use several different engines and quite often those values were not the same. It would need a lot more detail and sorting out to be truly reliable.
