I have looked over a few pics and the passenger seat back height looks to be just slightly lower than that of the driver's. I was fitting up my frames and noticed that before I got to looking around at the pics to compare. So now I'm not so alarmed, but why? I guess I should rephrase and say the frame isn't lower, its that the whole frame sits lower in the tub.

I think it occurred to me know after pondering it a bit. Its the driver side that is higher. To accommodate the larger tank. Bells are a little slow to ring sometimes with me.

Had the same problem with mine, go look at the Willys' Overland original new Jeeps in the lot. That's stock! No problem now. John

Seemes to be normal, mine has the same 'problem'. Maybe to allow the driver to see better at the right side ?
