Hello folks, I am looking for dimensions of the front bumper wood filler for the M38 Jeep. Although some part sellers do have these for sale, importing wooden stuff from the USA would be a hard job. So my holler of HELP??? Surprised Surprised Surprised
Many best thanks!

Claudio,

I don't have any dimensions handy. The wood filler fit snugly inside the bumper between the frame rails. There was no filler outboard of the frame rails. Just measure the space inside the bumper. Cut and slide your wood blank into the bumper and then drill the bolt holes.

Looks fine. Thank you. American oak of 1952 will be replaced by local wood.

Hello,

From an original part, I made drawings to help people make their own reinforcement!

the holes, I did not specify in the drawing, because the ideal is to align with the existing ones in the original bumper of your jeep !!

Check out my photo page!
