Hi everyone, I'm looking for the correct name and a place where I can buy these two clamps? I've looked through Ryan's book and can't seem to find them. Thanks for the help.

Looks like the battery cable clamps. They are a closed steel loop clamp. Very common. Should not be too hard to find. They are listed on page 167 of your M38 ORD 9 SNL G-740 parts book under the "Cable, battery to battery assembly" The original Willys installed clamp was WO# 642822, ORD # 7697551, FSN 5340-769-7551. The field replacement clamp was a standard Army shelf item H004-0327736 or ORD # 120527.

If you can find yourself some metal pallet banding, you can make your own. That's if your into making stuff. I just form it around the appropriate sized drill bit in the bench vise then bend it to one side so it can be mounted flat. Then drill a hole for the screw. Pretty easy, but buying them is easy to.
