I'm looking for an end to put on my two way radio Antenna. It is pear shaped I think?
Anybody seen this item. I've called a couple vendors, no luck!

There are a bunch of vendors on epay. Also you might try Fair Radio Sales in Ohio.
It is commonly called an antenna tip or antenna ball.
