I just bought a M38A1 that the PO removed all the footman loops and filled most of the holes. I'm trying to find the dimensions and layout for the 3 loops on each side where the side curtain straps would go. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Chuck

The M38A1 did not come from Willys with those 6 loops. Nor did it come with any side curtains. They were added in the field with a kit. They also changed their location once. Early sat on top of the body tub ledge and later was further down the side of the tub.

There are several hundred tech photos in my album. Feel free to peruse and download what you need.

Note the placement of the early loops in the top left drawing.

When they left Willys they did not have the 6 loops.
