Refresh my memory . Does the lower windshield latch bracket and it’s backing plate Install on the dash before mounting the dash to the body ?
Or does the dash mount onto the body first , than ...

I ordered the walck tool yesterday .
DCM said there’s may not fit in tight area on M38A1 grill .
I should find out soon how it works out .

Thanks , we are slowly doing a factory restoration and didn’t know if coating was applied at Willy’s or as a field maint .
Our m170 had it , but we removed it during stripping process . Thinking of ...
