Col,

Are you looking for a spark plug shielded lead or the primaty wire lead to the distributor with wire # 12? If you are looking for a plug wire lead #1 is longer than the others.

The shielded threaded lead to the threaded spark plug closest to the firewall. Think it is #2 as per my firing order.

Only need this one and obviously trying to avoid paying for a complete set of 4 new 24 volt M38 leads.

The cylinders are 1 at the front of the block and 4 at the rear of the block.

#1 plug gets the long cable and #2, 3 & 4 get the same length short cables. They are usually only sold new or NOS in sets of 4.

You can disassemble the threaded nut from the cable and replace it or re-thread it.

I have a few old leads. If you can't find a good used or new one. Just email me.
