This is a take off of the 28v Jeep horn, it is in good shape and I hooked it up- to my 12 volt battery Charger an it does work not to its full volume, just indicates a good circuit. Its condition is used with no obvious damage, it has several coats of paint, the last being blue, the a lighter blue and under then OD as the original paint. The connectors are the metal douglas type. The nomenclature tag is legible. mounting bracket included
