Got the bracket made up and installed with the receptacle.
Thanks again to RickG for the measurements.
Now I am in the works of getting the cables made up.
In regards to the advise on avoiding getting 24V applied to my 12V system, I came up with a sensible solution. Instead of making an outwardly placard to indicate 12V, I thought I would cover the receptacle and mark it that way. I found that a lid off a McCormick seasoning jar fits perfect inside. Then I just marked it "12V" that way.

Bretto, you can post the dimensions of the bumper mounted recepticle L-bracket?
I need make my support, because I can not find to buy in Brazil.
Thank you very much.
