What you have posted is not enough information for us to offer any specific advice. Not sure of your meaning "after reviewing original carburetor".
1-When did the engine stop running properly? Or when was the last time the engine was run smoothly?
2-What did you do to the carburetor and why did you do it?
3-Have any other repairs been made to the engine recently? _________________ Wes K

I confirm what I said
the engine went well for 5/6 Km then started to backfire in the exhaust with flames and now will not start
thank you

Normally backfiring is associated with overly rich mixtures indicating a stuck float or overly lean mixtures resulting from leaking induction manifolds. A stuck float will leave a heavy fuel smell in the engine compartment which you do not have. Overly lean is still a possibility so check for intake leaks. If you can get the engine to run long enough it is easier to find intake leaks with a propane enrichment test.
An episode of backfiring and flames followed by a no start condition is more indicative of an ignition system failure. Since you also said you replaced the ignition leads, look for damage to the distributor housing. Inspect the distributor completely for any damage or evidence of arcing or carbon tracking. _________________ Wes K

I did a fuel flow control on the carburetor and the hose comes out very little fuel
It could also be a petrol pump problem ?

Are you absolutely certain you replaced the spark plug wires in the correct order and placement? _________________ Old fashioned service never goes out of style. |

He said it ran smooth for the first several Kilometers so they are wired correct.
Giacomo, If you suspect low fuel flow check the in tank filter cleanliness & the in tank pickup tube for damage or rust holes either of which will impede fuel delivery. Also check that tank vent line is not plugged and that fuel cap is in the vented position.
Tubes S & M must not be plugged.
