Hey guys. I recently bought a 1944 MB, but the transmission had been replaced with a t90. Now I am in need of a t84 to swap out. Does anyone know how hard it is to rebuild a t84? I'm wondering if I should buy an old one or try to get one that doesn't need restoring. I'm having trouble finding any to be honest. I've rebuilt a t90 before. Just let me know if you have any advice. Thanks. _________________ Ben

Also you may need to get a different tranny crossmember if a later CJ crossmember has been used with the T90.

Thanks! Actually my uncle gave me an original MB crossmember to use. So I'm all good there! I'll keep checking Craigslist for a while and see what I can find. _________________ Ben
