I had a spare used switch in the parts bin, and like most used switches the doghouse insulators had degraded somewhat. Sourced a 12x12 sheet of .030 phenolic and made a few sets. I 1st began cutting them on the scroll saw but found that a sharp pair of scissors made a better job of it. Good to go now..
