This jeep has been in my family for about 30 years now. My dad bought it in the 80s. This year I was able to start working on it. I am new to working on old cars. So far everything is going well. I have rebuilt the master cylinder and all the wheel cylinders, all I have left to do on the brakes is adjust the shoes so they don't rub on the drum. The jeep didn't have the original carb on it so I bought one of eBay for 100 bucks and got a rebuild kit for it and just finished it the other day. I took the valve cover off and everything looked brand new! No rust!! Now I need to buy some tires. If anyone knows where I could get tires that would a big help. Later on I will do a full restoration and pain everything. Right now I just want to get it running and then go from there. I am going to need to replace the wiring! If anyone knows where I could get a wiring harness, that would also be a big help! |

I don't exactly know how to post pictures. I can only access the internet through my phone so it is not very easy to figure things out on it. |
