I'm looking for some 7/16 External/Internal tooth washers for a 45 MB restoration and my M38A1 restoration. They are the tooth washers that go on the steering box bolts of an M38A1. Anyone have some in your cans of hardware? I am not interested in the newer style and haven't yet found a newer washer in the original style. Picture below for reference. Thank you.

TJ,
I might be mis-understanding your post, but I have more than a few shiny new (Mil-Spec) part number MS45904-77 lock washers (NSN 5310-00-953-8628) that are identical to your photo --- except for the rust and they aren't mashed flat.
Measurements are here:

Let me know if interested. _________________ Ron D.

Ron,
Do they look like the washers on the bottom or on the top?

TJ,
I'd have to say they look like the right side bottom, maybe a tad heavier, and the MS45904-77 are cadmium plated.
The other 3 that look used and somewhat flattened I found going through my hardware bin. I can't vouch that they're original washers, but they came off my M38. I only have the 3. I suppose I could've rinsed some grease off them before I took the photo. Will take another if you like.
You're welcome to either, or both (plenty of the cad plated on hand). Let me know. Hope this helps!
