found some NOS springs in some M38 stuff I've had for years.. the packaging says; 2920-358-780-G513 Spring set Ignition Distributor Governor Weight
33-019-58-370-(0) Electric Auto Lite Co.
I looked up the NSN 2920 # and it comes up as a spring for a newer vehicle...they look the same as the ones in my distributor.
anybody able to confirm they are the same ?? thanks _________________ '51 M38 #22936,

I am not seeing your NSN in any of the M38/M38A1 ORD's.
Are you sure about that G in the last 4 of your NSN??? 2920-358-780-G513 _________________ Wes K

I see what happened now! Your Federal Stock Number (FSN) is 2920-358-7800, The G513 is not part of the FSN. It ID's the vehicle it was first used on. If you notice in our ORD 9's the use of G-740 & G758 refer to our M38 & M38A1.
