These are very unique militarized CJ3A's and worth an introduction here:

Seller's Description
Included in this sale are two qty. vehicles along with all the original factory archives from the company who built them. I have both the original copies, and digitized versions. These 1951 Willys Jeeps were designed to start jet-aircraft engines in the Navy. They utilize large PTO-driven electric generators. Both still wear their original military paint. The standard 4x4 Jeep is a type NA-4, which was used on ground bases. The rear steer Jeep is an NC-2, which was used on the USS Guadalcanal LPH-7 aircraft carrier. The NA-4 will need some minor tlc to drive again, but was last driven in 2018. The NC-2 needs a mechanical restoration. For more information on these Jeeps, search for Turn N Burn on YouTube as I have walkaround videos of each vehicle. If you're interested in purchasing, please message me your phone number and I will call you. I won't be responding to any other messages. This vehicles are historically significant and will take a special person to appreciate them. Serious inquiries only please. Seems like a fairly good deal at $12,000 for the pair, including original factory documents.
What to do with them? Preserve, restore, or do nothing and watch them disintegrate?
Finding and fabricating parts.
Visiting museums to take lots of photos.

The owner posted his 2016 find in several jeep forums here (with photos), and other on-line history:
