Lyle didn't really describe exactly what he needs very well so I could be wrong, but thought he was asking about what I know as the white painted silk-screen labels (a.k.a. "stencils") on the front panel around the knobs, cable connectors, and control indicators?
Maybe he could post a photo.
I have the TM for the VRC-8, 9, and 10 radios and those labels are fairly clearly illustrated.
How they could be duplicated I have no clue, but think there's probably folks out there who restore and maintain vintage military radios that would know? _________________ Ron D.

Originally the markings were silk screened on.How ever those depot reconditioned had decals made.You may be able to find someone who makes water type decals for it.
