only goes as far as process status. then says i am not allowed to do this action???

today its telling me: You are no allowed to perform this action !

There is a file size limit on each photo loaded. You must keep the file size of each photo you are trying to load below 250-300K.

I just added this 48.1K photo to your album with no problem:
