I also loaded the bolt photo I can not loosen from the engine block.
I'll have to drill everything and remake the thread
you know the size of this bolt ?
thank you Giacomo

I'm sorry it is not a bolt, but pipe plug threaded ,then as it is blocked and I have to remove, I try with a heat gun.
but after to make the new thread I have to buy a 1/8" NPT male thread
cutting ?
thank you

It all depends on whether you are able to extract the plug
without damaging the threads in the manifold.
If you can get the plug out without damaging the threads
then do not use tap but a thread chaser. A tap will cut more
material whereas a chaser will just clean the threads up.
If you can't get it out any other way you may have to drill it out.
Use drill bits in larger and larger sizes until you can insert
a broken screw extractor. If you are concerned about how
deep to drill buy a cast iron or brass 1/8" NPT pipe plug for
reference. _________________ Brian

Thank you 4x4M38
if I try to remove the threaded pipe plug with a heat gun there is a risk that the petrol explode ?
