Does anyone have a source for vent line clips that look similar to the original?

Hal,

The photo in thier catalog looked right, but when I got them in the mail the ends where the tube runs are turned up and it looks obviously wrong.

I know some of you think I am crazy, but it is a little hobby of mine to try and find original stuff or reproduction stuff that looks and functions just like OEM.

Hey, I admit that I am crazy, that is the first step right? Wink

The AN742-X series clamps look just like it. The dash number represents 1/16" so a -2 is for 1/8" tube and a -5 is for 5/16" tube and so on. Aviation hardware sources carry them.

Ryan and all,
I was looking at the picture and I'm sure that Wes has a better suggestion. However, the metal looks like copper. I think I saw copper brackets and things like what you're looking for at Home Depot (or something similar) in the electrical department. Might be worth a look.

Hey,

That color is rust and in the picture it does look like copper. I guess it is a photo artifact.

I will have to look again at Lowe's and Home Depot
