My 52 m38 has quite the wobble to the front tires. I can move them atleast a quarter inch when its up off the ground. I am assuming its the wheel bearings. Does anyone have any info on where I can find a replacement set or on how difficult it is to change these? Thanks a lot
Matt

Everything you need to know is in the manual. Follow it explicitely. Make sure you have the large socket for the two axle nuts. It is always best to remove the old bearings, clean and inspect them, if they pass inspection lube and install them, if they do not pass replace them. They have the Timken part numbers right on them. The races should be replaced with the rollers. If you are replacing them take them to the parts store with you and they'll fix you right up. Take the old seal as well. The gasket for the hub flange should be available there but if not can be ordered from any jeep dealer. Use a quality bearing grease but don't waste your time on those high speed high temp disc brake special fiber greases.
