I live in the UK and no one I have contacted seems to know the correct blue for the American Air Force. It is for my M38 which is ex-American Air Force and I would like to put it back into those colours. I have the number etc for it, but it cannot be traced over here. Can some one paint this colour on a bit of card and send it to me please? It is, I believe "STRATA BLUE, 15045 (Federal Standard 595B)". The paint Code I used was U.S. Air Force Strata Blue PPG code 17634

He mixed some Strata Blue paint up for my 1951 M38, and it matches very well. I'll send you an email, so you can provide an address to post a sample of the colour to.
