I bought a book for the TM-9-8012 and the CD for the SNL, using Adobe format it is easier to search for part numbers and such on the computer. Then my wife has a printer that does two sided printing so I could print a copy of the SNL for in the garage...
Hal is right. The adobe format makes searches much faster and you can print out pages to take to the shop so you don't have to get your book dirty.
I have a hard copy also, because when I am reading up on stuff, I don't like to look at a computer screen for long peroids of time as it hurts my eyes after a while. _________________ Ryan Miller

The CD you're looking for is for "All Jeeps and contains the service and parts manuals for the WWII MB/GPW, the M38, The M38A1, The M170 and the M151. So for $20 you get all the basic manuals you'll need. If you were a member of our old M38 Yahoo Group I sent you a complete list of Tech manuals that applied to your model jeep. There are several specialty manuals that can be a lot of help but do not come on the CD. _________________ Wes K
