Having never replaced a clutch, how thin is too thin? I took some measurements.
Average overall thickness is .30"
And the thickness from the surface to the closest rivets is .06"
There are no springs broken and the splines look great.
Is this good?
Who's going to be the 1st say "its out, change it"
I will. It is way too much work to replace it after you have the jeep running. I don't know how many clutches you have changed on old jeeps but if none then trust me it's noth worth the price of a disc to do it twice and if you are familiar with the process then you already know that. _________________ Wes K
