Was wondering if anyone had and explintaion as to why the oil gauge stays all the way over at 60 and will only drop in pressure for a split second and then right back to 60? Thanks

Well depends on what the real oil pressure is. Start with a direct reading mechanical gage and verify that it is either reading that high for real or the electric gage is in error.

If the pressure is really that high then you have an oil pump relief valve issue.

If the gage is in error then use this TB to troubleshoot the gauge problem.
