Floor replacement?

Found a NOS floor today, but it was left outside for 7 years.
I have some firewall damage as seen in the pics. Do you guys think it is
simpler to swap the whole floor and firewall, rather than patching the firewall and doing the lower floor?

Just my opinion and take as such... Replacing the whole floor and firewall is like remanufacturing the vehicle body. While possible to do, without the original welding jigs to hold everything in the correct registration you may end up with even more problems that are not repairable. The time necessary to build a structure to hold everything correctly in relation to each other might be similar to just creating patch panels. It is a guarentee whatever method is chosen will take longer and be more complicated than expected and after awhile very tedious. But also very satisfying work bringing something back to life.

An M38 will be faster to repair in regard to metal work as there is less surface area than an M38A1 generally speaking.

Gas shielded low amperage MIG welders are just about perfect for rusty jeep body repair.

From what I saw, if the only damage or rust repair needed is the area where the heater plate is, I'd save or sell your new floor, and get that area cut out of a rusted Jeep that is still good and repair only that in yours. You don't see that area anyway when together. That would definately be easier than the whole floor. We need to tie the guy who did that to a large block of wood and educate him! John
