Comes with floor and two of the three support brackets. Has surface rust and will need a good cleaning. The side that faces the firewall will need work as there are some holes and the metal is weak. It can easily be fixed with some metal work or fiberglass. Its not perfect but useable. Asking $50 plus shipping for everything.
