Looking for a NOS personnel arctic heater for my M-38 Ser # 14005 which was a original hardtop Jeep with gas fired heater. Anyone know someone who may have one.? Thanks Jerry

The hardtop kit was a separate kit from either of the heaters hot water or gas fired.
Are you looking for a NOS M38 Personnel Heater Kit (this is the correct title for the gas fired heater)? There is an Arctic Powerplant heater kit for the M38 and there is a Hot Water Heater kit for the M38.
Do you need just a NOS heater or the whole kit?
Personnel Heater Kit:
This is the whole kit.
Here's the Arctic Powerplant Heater Kit:
This is the whole kit. _________________ Wes K

Thanks Wesk. I'm looking for the personnel gas fired heater kit. I knew that but didn't think to mention it. I've had this Jeep for 35 years and second owner since release. The cowl has the holes for the heater and fender drilled for the fuel relay.? I remember first seeing this Jeep back in 1974, it had the hardtop ,heater and all the goodies, but they slowly disappeared. The tailgate was not drilled for footman loops and from what I can tell from the first coat of paint it was delivered that way ,and I don't think the tailgate was a replacement. It had plugs in the body where the lower door channels fit . Also it was undercoated, frame ,body and even under the hood. What a cleanup that was. Think I should have left it, but at the time I didn't like it and thought it would hold too much moisture ,you know the stories of undercoating. Thank you for the reply. Jerry
