hello: whats the purpose of the copper washer used on starter motor mounting bolts?

Also, i only had one under one of the mounting nut. Should there be one under other mounting bolt?

Does any one have any of these washers?

They are gaskets. Part of sealing the bell housing so the fording system works correctly.

You can use the AN900 series crush type copper gasket: http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/eppages/an900gaskets.php

or you can use the solid copper flat washer: http://www.fastenal.com/catalog_pages/2010/3-195.pdf
