The 4 prong pin has 4 wires attached to the VR. I can't find any diagram specifically from each prong, where that wire goes. I am wiring this back to 24 volts but the PO already removed all the wiring. If anybody can help would be appreciated. Oh, another question: how does the spark plug wires attach to the spark plugs? Looks like a fitting should be at the ends of the wires but mine appear to be missing. I should post some pictures to help me explain all this. Thnx!!!

Specifically to answer your first question is this one:



And your second question let's start with a description of the correct cap. lead and plug. They are called a shielded ignition system. The braided shielding primary purpose is to reduce radio noise. A secondary benefit is water proof.

This is the correct cap and wires.


This is the correct attachment to the plugs.
