Yesterday, I was helping my dad clean out his office. Found a lot of neat interesting junk related to Civil Air Patrol and aviation related. Anyway, I also found these pictures -- of the M38A1 he used to drive that belonged to the CAP -- when he was my age (16).

Keep in mind, these are pictures of the jeep after it was washed Razz


Backside. No jerry can, wheel doesnt match with the Air Force Blue. Dashboard is wrong colored blue. He said something happened where he had to repaint over it, and he just took a can and spraybombed it.


That's right, two blackout lights. He claimed it looked better being "symetrical."


Ugly lookin' bumper. He was telling me that instead of going around trees when they were on search and rescue missions, they would instead creep up to them and push them over. It was cooler that way. Twisted Evil







Can't wait until my M38A1 is in a drivable state. Sad

Anyway, thought you guys might have an interest in them!
