Is either the upper or lower arm on the bellcrank #9 cracked and bent?

When you depress the clutch pedal is 16, 9 and 18 moving?

Are you saying you can move 18 rearward several inches with it attached to the fork? If the cable 18 moves fore and aft freely then the fork has slipped off the ball inside the bell. You can experiment with mechanical fingers thru the side opening and the top inspection plate but you may have to pull the engine. I say engine because I don't care for laying on my back on the floor pulling the tranny and transfer which is actually more work then pulling the engine.
