There is "ticking" sound on the engine left, maybe the valves need adjusting? Neat to hear!

this 'ticking" is from the fuel-air pump i havent connect the air pump valve with the other parts

That shutoff valve just below the carb in the PCV line should not be closed.

It's the brass valve with the handle 90 degrees to the flow line about 4" below and 3" forward of the carburetor.
