Good Morning Guys.
I have a small [problem with my air flow system that works my tranco wiper motors,
I replaced the rubber tube that goes into the tranco as it was perishing and in doing this the passanger side works better than the driver side so I changed them over and its still the same,
does the rubber hose have to be correct or can it just be replaced by any rubber hose, I say this because this is the only thing I can think that Is causing the problem.
can anyone help please.
also my hand throttle cable does not hold when turned to hold the revs up can anyone tell me what is wrong there.

For the Trico wipers, you should be able to just use rubber hose. I think the correct size is a 7/32" ID. Not sure what you can source over ther in the UK. Sometimes the motors do go bad or dry out inside. Some are able to be resolved by squirting lube in their inlets.
For the throttle, its is a pull out handle. Turning it won't do anything but release it (after its pulled out). It should be a ratcheting action when you pull it straight out and to release it back, you 1/4 turn it and push it back in. Works on the same design as the park brake handle. This is all pending its even hooked up at the carb. _________________ Brett
