Does anyone have their vehicle registered with a production company?

The MVPA President here was offered $10K plus transport, plus room & board, plus extra pay for him and a crew by a producer to take his Hellcat Tank up to Utah for a week. But that was just a producer who heard about a fully functional WW2 tank in New Mexico

Albuquerque is booming in the movie industry. I'd like to get on a registry in case they need a M38A1.

Film production companies come and go for each production. The routine is for the transportation or picture car captain for each production to source locally as when picture vehicles are required. If there is a booming business in your city then the city or state or province will have a local film production office: a good source to find out what is in production in your area. Big areas like new York or LA and even Toronto have picture car suppliers that keep files of locally available vehicles. Unless you have are well-connected you probably will be best to work through them. Find out who serves your area and approach them. In Toronto there are at least 3 such picture car suppliers.
However an m38A1 is not high on list for most film or TV productions that require military vehicles. My bread and butter for over 25 year has been WW2 jeeps, 6x6 trucks and Humvees; M38A1 is a bit of an orphan unless the script specifically calls for one.
All the usual caveats apply: your jeep may require special markings so plain unmarked jeeps are best. It will probably be sat in, jumped in and driven be actors who will also stuff their snack wrappers and empty Coke cans under your seat and in the glovebox!.
