Its not that bad actually and if you have a RickG designed diverter it works pretty slick.

There should be a cage nut in the hat channel there. You bolt from the bottom up and if stock, you shouldn't see a hole there anyway. |

3/8 and I used hot rolled. Cold rolled will work but it will make the fab job much harder. HR is plenty adequate for the task. |

Ya they really weren't too bad. The hardest part was making the door hardware. I made everything except the door escutcheon plate. Got those from MWM |
