I have the test leads set. We used tat set to troubleshoot the ignition system. I would love to have a military meter if I could a working one at a decent price.

The thick spacer dictates the fuel pump pressure.
Make sure you have one.

Had a more modern aftermarket dual action fuel pump on the Civilian 64 CJ5 when I got it and the fuel pressure was way too ...
