Perhaps the best way to see if it's your lead additive causing fouled spark plugs would be to stop using it for a while?
Pretty sure no harm would be done.

I would not risk it. If it failed under a high rpm load it could easily damage nearby components. I believe John posted he had new ones at Midwest Military Parts.

Epoxy is the way, returning parts from overseas just doesn't pay. I plan to spray them as well with brass clear spray so they stay bright thanks Ron!
