Looking at Novak's info, it shows 3 variations on T90 :

T90A1- used on L and F head four-cylinder engines
top shifter
7" input shaft (protruding part of it) ...

I'll take a look at the shop also. Need photos of them installed both from outside the cowl and then inside the cowl. Then as removed as an assembly and finally as individual pieces.

My M38 does not have a grooved support where the windshield bracket pivot has to fit in. (as per example picture above )

I am almost shure that small grooved rectangle comes bonded to the side pan ...
