When I mounted the fording data plate, even though the screw holes matched the dash, the hole for the cable was off by 1/4". The data plate hole is low by 1 ... |

| From personal experience, I would recomend disconnecting the battery before doing anything to the regulator. This would even include removing the cables. It is very hard to if not impossible to find ... |
