Those are called plug welds. They are welded up to attach the axle tube to the housing. Nothing to worry about all differentials have them. Clean them up and paint . |

looking under the seat, it already seems that the top of the fuel pickup plate is almost hitting the bottom of the seat pan and the fuel line is touching the rib on the cross brace of the seat frame ... |
