Hello,

The data plate that came with the jeep is at the minimum tarnished and unreadable. What can be used to get the brass shiny enough to be readable, assuming the plate is brass? Will it be possible to leave the orginal black paint background? Any help will be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Paul

Try some simichrome polish.

The black background paint may or may not be salvlagable.
