Hey guys,
Who makes the best and "most like the original" reproduction top bows and top bow brackets for the M38?
Regards,
Joel

John Bizal at Midwest Military has some good top bow brackets and curtain rods. I had top bows so I don't know about the reproduction ones.

I actually manufacture the M38 and M38a1 top bows here, and I have included a pictures so you can see some of the detail...
They are die stamped, exactly like the originals...

I also make the WW2 jeep top bows, and they are also die stamped, including the V notch, not like others who make the bows and drilled a hole then grind the V shape into the ends.

Hope this helps
Best Regards,
Ron

Ron,
I'm sold! I have the M38 top bow brackets on order with you as of this morning. And I will be ordering the bows from you for sure. The GPW bows and brackets I got from you a few months back are really superb!
Regard, Joel
