Rear end wanted for a 1953 M38a1

Please help me bring this 24V classic back to life and back on the roads! It needs a complete rear end. I can pick up in the Los Angeles/Southern California area. It needs to be in excellent shape or in excellent shape for a rebuild. Thank you

A new back panel is available in reproduction. I would not bother trying to cut out and reuse one from a donor vehicle. To much metal fatique and time used up.
