I bought a horn switch from them. It took me a good twenty minutes to figure out the reason it wasn't working, is it is a half inch shorter than the military version. I even called to make sure I was ordering the right one for my vehicle first. Midwest Military has the right one. I bought the "waterproof military speedo cable" from them. It arrived, and I said they sent me the wrong one. They told me no, that's the right one, more heavy duty than the civilian one, they just don't make that old thick military one anymore. Pete Debella had it. I ordered the lower seat cushion for the driver's side from them. They sent me the upper seat cushion. That might have been my mistake, I talked to them on the phone, but then I placed the order online. They took the upper back, and sent me a lower...in the wrong color.

I've never ordered from them, but it's been for purely selfish reasons. I don't want to pay the SC sales tax. Twisted Evil

Used to get parts from them, but the quality got less and less.
Now it seems cheap imported replacement parts are the norm.

Things don't seem to be as heavy, or fit as well anymore.
About 8 years ago, I got a replacement fuel tank from them.
Well made, U.S. I think cheaper than repairing the tank I have.
Friends have told me they sent back springs and pintle hooks because they were junk.

Haven't had any problems with the Professional Military parts suppliers.

Thanks,

Dave

I just spent $300 plus for a wiring harness from them that was supposed to be custom made... Ordered a harness for a '51 Wagon with a L161 engine and over drive (Overdrive is electric). I got a harness for a Wagon with a 226 engine and no overdrive... also electric selinoid starter... And te harness was custom made to the point of coming off a shelf...

It goes back in the morning...

Lost another month in my restoration now need to find a new harness...

New harnesses you can get from the place up in Maine - Vintage Wiring I think it is. They're not cheap but very high quality and stand by their work.
