Sorry to hear you are not able to finish it. I was wondering if you would be willing to share the jeep CAR frame number, and serial, if possible. Is the tub from a spare, or is it the original? It looks like it had a heater in the toolbox is that right?
Also, as it has American markings, did it have any other markings, tags on the tub (ie, serial on the passenger side).
The tub is original, the markings are not, they where put on by my dad. Yes, vents for heater.
Frame number : 52-31291
serial no. : F-101288
del. date : 7-9-52
No original markings found.

Hello Tracer,
If I didn't have another project to rebuild a military vehicle in progress, I would take it immediately . Hope sincerely you will find a M38CDN enthousiast for this jeep.

I would take it off your hands if it were closer to me.
But hey you are only 1,600 miles from here. _________________ Tropical Veteran

I am happy being the new owner. I am in edmonton and it will be with me in the spring. My family is excited to share in my enthusiasm. I will be restoring it with my two boys over the next few years.
