Hi all

Just a quick question, Are Rapco stillup and running? Ordered some gearbox box seals from them and paid for them on the 6th July.

We live in the UK and have not received them yet, we have chased them up with E-mails and faxes and telephone calls over the last week and a half, with no answers to any of these. We would like to request a refund or a idea of where our order is.

Do you guys in the States have a factory shutdown week like some countries in Europe have?

This is not a run down of Rapco but thay have my money, and I don't have my seals.

Regards

Nic

They were up and running 2 weeks ago when I ordered some paint from them. The paint arrived very quickly.

Rapco, like many other vendors has a very large set-up at the MVPA National in Dayton, OH from last Wed Thru Sunday. Give them at least three days at the front and rear of the show dates for set-up and tear down and return to business in Texas.

I have personally been to Rapco's facility in Bowie, TX. The place is huge! I needed paint, a rear bumper, hitch and other parts and they were ready for me in an instant. There were tons of NOS, repops, and pull-offs all over the place. Vehicles too! The owner knows his stuff.
