$1900 with all parts listed below SOLD
I bought this jeep to be my third M38 to restore. But now at 70 years old, I’m just not up to another project. The dash data plate and the wheel well patent plate match ( 66329) The engine number is MC 90254 both of which are consistent with the DOD of 5-52. I have a clear NC title in my name that has a VIN that is stamped on the frame which was probably assigned by DMV at some point in time. When I bought the jeep, it came with a new tailgate, a top frame, a top that I have not even looked at, three front seat frames, a gas tank, a spare tire mount and a gas can mount. These all go with the jeep. 24 volt system. I do not know much about the jeep as I have not really began working on it. I did install a new ignition switch, new battery cables, two new belts and electric fuel pump (original fuel pump is still in place). The engine turns normally with the starter, fires and almost starts but won’t. The electric fuel pump may be over powering the carb or the timing may be off a little. The headlights, dash lights, and rear blackout lights work. Both front floors and the passenger side step are rusted out. I purchased two new floor plans and new hat channel repair pieces which go with the jeep. The body is amazingly straight. It also has 4 m38 wheels and military tires. This is a good, fairly complete restoration project for someone who doesn’t mind doing a little work. I will help load on trailer.
