Thanks for that link, just got those hinges delivered today!

Weather finally started to clear up so I was able to start working again. Decided to tackle the transmission and transfer case rebuilds first. Got everything pulled off except for the clutch linkage. That is causing me a few problems since I am not pulling the motor out...

Just got the bell housing/tranny/transfer pulled out today. Had some rust on the input shaft keeping it from sliding apart as it should. A can of PB blaster, some ratchet straps and a 25lb sledge hammer got everything apart. Letting everything drain tonight before I start dismantling each piece. I certainly noticed some rust on the gears and I think I saw some pitting... Crossing my fingers it isn't too bad.
